      APPRAISAL AGREEMENT

It is agreed as follows:

    1. SERVICES.  Appraiser will perform an appraisal of the items located at                 based upon the terms of this Agreement.

    2. PURPOSE.  The purpose and function of the appraisal is to establish           Value on the subject property for                    .

    3. PRIMARY DUTIES.  Appraiser will inspect, research and provide documentation and photos on the items appraised. Copies of such will be available for Owner and Appraiser. A charge will be made in accordance to the prevailing rate of custom printing for additional prints or copies of documentation requested by the Owner to be delivered with the appraisal or in the future.

    4. PRIMARY DUTIES.  Appraiser will establish the value on items located at the above location.  The value of the items will be determined using the following criteria:  The current established market value of items; based on the characteristics of value and elements of quality, most active marketplace, and comparable sales;  through research and methodology performed by the Appraiser.  The appraisal is the educated opinion of the Appraiser and she will not advocate a value higher than that established by using the above method.  Appraiser will, however, defend her position in regard to the value of a particular item.

    5. Any verifiable error in regard to a particular item listed in the appraisal will be corrected and the time spent on the correction will be at the appraiser's expense.

    6. RESTRICTIONS. Unless otherwise stated this appraisal will serve only as a means of establishing the value of each particular item and not as a proof of the authenticity of an item and have no limited interest conveyed other than those stated in agreement.

    7. DESCRIPTION.

    8. MANNER OF PAYMENT. 
    Services rendered at the flat rate One Hundred and Fifty Dollars per hour with a retainer fee in the amount of ______________________________payable upon signing of the agreement. The balance of fee shall be paid upon receipt of statement notifying final stages of appraisal work. The Appraiser shall then mail the appraisal document to the Owner upon receipt. ____________________________________________ .

    9. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
    Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to interfere with or otherwise effect the rendering of services by Appraiser in accordance with her independent and professional judgement.  Appraiser shall perform her services substantially in accordance with the Principals and the Codes of Ethics of the American Society of Appraisers, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, The Appraisers Association of America. 

    10. OBLIGATION TO GIVE COMPETENT SERVICE.
    It is unethical for an appraiser to claim or imply that she has professional qualifications which she does not possess or to state her qualifications in a form which may be subject to erroneous interpretation.  Collaboration between appraisers and special professionals is sometimes necessary to expedite the completion of work or to obtain the benefits of combined judgment or combined data.  The principal appraiser builds her final conclusions on these contributions, taking responsibility for the final result but subject to the validity of the underlying or constituent contributions.

    11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.  This instrument, the Appraisal Agreement contains the entire agreement between Owner and Appraiser in regard to this appraisal and any agreement or representation respecting the appraisal or the duties of either the Owner or Appraiser in relation thereto that is not expressly set forth in this Agreement is null and void.

    12. PARTICIPATION OF OWNER.  The Owner will provide the
